The Viking Smash Junior is designed to be lightweight and fun to play with to get kids into the game With a soft core that helps provide maximum ball control for our young ones as they develop their shot-making technique, this paddle will help introduce the best chance of success. Maneuverability is enhanced by a shorter overall length, smaller head size and a thinner head “thickness”, which keeps the head-weight down. GG (Grit Guard) area above the handle gives a smooth, grit free surface that won’t scratch their hands.
At 17” long, this paddle is one inch shorter than an adult paddle and is best suited to children up to age 12 or 13.
