Silvers Rayleigh, also known as the “Dark King“, is the former vice-captain of Gol D. Roger’s crew, the last Pirate King.

After the dissolution of Rogers crew, Rayleigh retired to the Sabaody Archipelago, where he became a mysterious figure, living a quiet life away from the world’s affairs.

However, he momentarily returned to action to help Luffy and his crew prepare for their journey to the New World.
