The ORCATORCH D920, released in 2025, is a high-performance, handheld, cordless primary dive light designed for serious underwater exploration.
It provides powerful illumination with a maximum brightness of 5000 lumens and a focused 9 beam. The light’s 6500K colour temperature delivers a near-natural daylight effect.
The D920 is suitable for even the most challenging conditions. Its 150-metre depth rating ensures the torch maintains its integrity and reliability, allowing divers to rely on it for consistent and powerful performance no matter how deep they venture.
With numerous outstanding features that compete with high-end handheld primary lights, the dependable D920 is an excellent choice for your next underwater adventure at a reasonable price point.
The Orcatorch D920 supports four light modes, from the turbo at 5000 lumens to the low at 350 lumens. Its burn times range from 1.5 to 35 hours and cover all diving conditions.
The Orcatorch D920 features a uniquely designed waterproof magnetic switch at the tail end of the torch. It controls its four light modes and includes a locking function to prevent accidental activation. The switch can be easily activated with minimal force or motion, and a longer press of five seconds will lock or unlock this dive light.
The D920 switch system also has aMode Memory Function. It turns off when you press the switch for one second in any of the four brightness modes. If and when you switch it back on again, it will automatically return to the previous brightness level.
You can easily monitor the charge of D920 during your dives using a back-end LED battery indicator. The battery display function allows you to check the battery level at any time; green indicates over 30% power, red signifies a reduction in power between 30% and 10%, and a flashing red light means less than 10% power remains.
Low Power Protection is another highlight of this dive light. Should for any reason you miss the warning signs of the battery going low, at 5% of battery life, the torch will automatically switch to emergency mode of 350-Lumen which, according to Orcatorch, will give approximately 2 more hours of runtime.
The Orcatorch D920 has a magnetic tail connection that enhances its waterproof capability and allows it to charge without users having to access the 74Wh rechargeable internal Lithium-ion battery.
The magnetic charging system has an optimised contact surface, ensuring smoother operation. Better still, it only needs 2 hours and 30 minutes to fully charge.
The Orcatorch D920 weighs 730 g on the surface and 340 g underwater. Its head diameter is 61 mm, tube diameter is 58 mm, and light length is 167 mm from head to tail.
The Orcatorch D920 comes in a protective foam insert carry bag with handle. Included in the package are 1 x home charger, 1 x Magnetic Charging Cable, 1 x H620 Goodman Handle (to wear on back of the hand), 1 x handheld grip (to optionally carry the torch in hand), 3 x spare o-rings, user manual and warranty card.
