Trunks is one of the main characters in Dragon Ball. He is the son of Vegeta and Bulma. Consequently, King Vegeta is his paternal grandfather, Mr. Brief his maternal grandfather, Madame Brief his maternal grandmother, Bra his sister and Tarble his uncle.
Trunks has the distinction of existing twice in the story. The first Trunks to appear at the start of the Artificial Humans Saga comes from the future, and is returned to the past in a different timeline thanks to a Time Machine designed by Bulma, his mother. It’s only a few years later that he’s actually born.
