The Faber 12L Dive Cylinder, made from Faber’s renowned high-quality steel, is O2 clean for air and Nitrox divers from the date of purchase at DirDirect. The cylinder has a test pressure of 348 bar and a working pressure of 232 bar. Which means the 12.2L Faber can hold up to 2830 litres of gas in a compressed state.

These cylinders are definitely the most popular among single-tank recreational divers, whether diving on air or nitrox. They are approximately 3 kg heavier than the shorter 10L Faber dive tanks and about 3.5 kg lighter than the Faber 15L.

The 12.2L cylinders come with a rubber cylinder boot and a reliable, high-quality MDE DIN cylinder valve.

If you’re using a YOKE/A-Clamp regulator, you can convert the valve with the simple addition of a DIN insert, which can be purchased separately.

*The O2 clean sticker is valid in the UK for 15 months as of the date of purchase. Validity also depends on your purchasing “clean air” throughout that period and excludes any contamination due to improper filling.
