Dunlop FX 500 2023
Introducing Dunlop’s FX 500, a light and comfortable player’s racquet that will help you ratchet up the pace and spin. At 11.1 ounces strung, the FX 500 is weighted for intermediate players, but it should also appeal to the advanced player in need of raw speed or a platform for customization. Although the FX 500 has a stiff construction, Dunlop has done an impressive job adding comfort. The FX 500 also benefits from Flex Touch Resin, a thermoplastic elastomer used in the shaft in order to soften impact and give you a little extra arm-protection. Additionally, Dunlop has retooled the grommet system with a Power Boost Groove to add even greater cushioning and power at impact. On groundstrokes the FX 500 explodes through contact to deliver very easy targeting on full swings.
Ultimately, the FX 500 is an impressive addition to the FX line. Players looking for a speedy point and shoot weapon with easy power and above average comfort should love this one.
