Chya Nakahara is a member of the Port Mafia where he was the partner of Dazai, forming the Shadow Twins. He is one of the 5 leaders of the Port Mafia.

Dazai is the former partner of Chya during the time when Dazai was still a member of the Port Mafia, and the two shared a deep relationship rooted in their common history as partners related to rivals. They were called the Double Noir after decimating an entire paranormal organization in one night, subsequently becoming the “most feared duo in the city’s underworld“. Their affinity in combat primarily resided in Chya’s prowess and Dazai’s strategic mind.
