Chya Nakahara is a member of the Port Mafia, where he was the partner of Dazai, forming the Twins of the Shadow. He is one of the 5 leaders of the Port Mafia.

Dazai is Chya’s former partner from the time when Dazai was still a member of the Port Mafia, and the two shared a deep relationship based on their shared history as partners related to rivals. They were called the Double Noir after decimating an entire paranormal organization in one night, subsequently becoming the “most feared duo in the city’s underworld“.
