The AGIR Blackbird wing for single-tank diving is a double-shell single-bladder buoyancy compensator. The outer shell is made from durable Cordura 1000, while the inner buoyancy bladder is made of highly puncture-resistant Nylon 400. The inflator features a ribbed tube with enhanced flow and durability, finished with a K-type head.

The overpressure relief valve (OPV) is positioned on the left side behind the dive at the bottom of the wing. It includes a nylon cord that allows the valve to be opened while wearing thick gloves and helps prevent entanglement.

The shape of the AGIR Blackbird wing and its 360-degree (doughnut) internal bladder enable gas to move freely from one side to the other. This design allows for simple, quick, and effective release of excess gas.

The OPV can also be used to adjust buoyancy in a horizontal position, reducing the need for the diver to move.

AGIRs aluminium or stainless-steel plates are crafted with care and include additional slots for the waist belt webbing, allowing you to adjust the harness position or attach AGIR weight pockets.

Thanks to two slots at the bottom of the plates with different widths, you can attach a crotch strap measuring 40 or 50 mm wide.

The increased curvature of the plate ensures that even long bolts wont damage your suit or wetsuit, enhancing comfort. An additional benefit is the option to mount nuts with a plastic coating, making it easier to tighten the plate to the cylinder.
