Borsalino, better known as Kizaru “The Yellow Monkey”, is one of the three Admirals of the Marines. He was first mentioned by Nico Robin during the initial encounter with Aokiji. He is the only Admiral who retained his position after the time skip, with Akainu being promoted to Fleet Admiral after winning his fight against Aokiji.

Kizaru has eaten the Pika Pika no Mi (Glint-Glint Fruit), a Logia-type Devil Fruit, meaning Kizaru‘s body is made of pure light. Kizaru uses the main characteristic of light: its speed. He can thus teleport ultra-fast from one place to another and strike at the speed of light.
