Bartholomew Kuma “The Tyrant” was one of the 7 Warlords of the Sea until the dissolution of that group. Before that, he was one of the founders of the Revolutionary Army alongside Dragon and Ivankov. His former bounty was 296,000,000 Berries.

He belongs to a “special race,” that of the Buccaneers and agreed to be transformed into a cyborg by Dr. Vegapunk and the World Government for the sake of his daughter Jewelry Bonney, whom he loved more than anything. Before becoming a cyborg, he was the king of the Sorbet Kingdom, known throughout the kingdom for his boundless kindness, making his title of “Tyrant” quite ironic…

Once Vegapunk completed the transformation of Kuma into a Pacifista, the Warlord became the first in the series, bearing the serial number PX-0, and he became the ultimate slave of the Celestial Dragons, known as the invincible slave.

He has eaten the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, which allows him to repel anything with his palms, enabling him to teleport or send people flying to the other side of the world.
