Chifuyu Matsuno is one of the protagonists of Tokyo Revengers, a 14-year-old teenager living in Tokyo and vice captain of the 1st division of the Tokyo Manjikai.

As the vice captain of the first division of the Toman, he has the control and command of this division.

When he was still in middle school, Chifuyu was a strong enough fighter to conquer his school and even the upperclassmen were afraid to fight him. So he is a competent fighter, able to defend himself in a fight.

He was the best friend of the late captain of the 1st Baji Division and now serves under Takemichi’s command.
